What are differences between user account and company account? How to add user?

1. When you use Wisvia for the first time, you need to register a Wisvia service account (company account) from portal https://www.wisvia.com/wisvia-portal/
This company account is also the only administration account. With company account you can manage and configure sensors which will trigger alert and push to specified persons.  

User account is general member which can be managed by company account. With company account you can create user account (adding member) and assign to a specified group.  In other words, you can configure which user accounts will receive which kind of alert push.

2. Once you login above Wisvia portal, you can add user through 'Add Member' function under 'User Management' page.
