Once there is a new ticket on 'Last 24 Hours' and 'Pending' tab, you an take following action,
- Take: If you would like to handle the issue related to this new ticket, long press the ticket and click 'Take'. The ticket will disappear from  'Last 24 Hours' and 'Pending' tab and show under 'My Tasks' tab.
- Assign: You can assign the ticket to other members. Long press the ticket and click 'Assign', then click a member you would like assign to. The ticket will disappear from  'Last 24 Hours' and 'Pending' tab.
